This year Fenway Park is 100 years old, the perfect time to cross it off the to do list.
We awoke this morning and set off to the city at, according to both Paul and I, a way too early hour in the morning for an afternoon game. But it was worth it. We waited in the (impossibly long) line for our tickets to the tour, and was pleasantly surprised when we actually got them. The tour wasn't very long, but we got to see the park, and we even got to go on top of the Green Monster! For those of you who don't follow sports at all, the Green Monster the giant green scoreboard in Fenway Park. It has a few seats on the top, and only people with those seats and on tours get to go on top. So, being on top of the Green Monster was really the only advantage of the tour, but it was kind of neat to see the place before it was crowded full of people.

Armed with our new gear, we headed into the stadium and found our seats. We sat in the upper pavilion to the left side of the plate. I was more than happy with our seats, we had comfortable seats with enough wiggle room, in the shade, and could see the whole field no problem.

Hot Dog!
It was a fun day at the ball park, and a close game. The Orioles won in the 12th inning, so it wasn't one of those games where nothing happens the entire time.
After the game we headed home, but as soon as we pulled in the driveway we decided to get some exercise for the day and go for a walk. There is a lake near the house with a nice path around, so we walked around the length. I just wanted to share with you guys, because it was pretty. (:
